概述
1．適用范圍
PHF101型潤滑油灰分測定儀是我公司自主研發的新一代智能產品。能嚴格按照國標GB/T508有關規定，自動完成慢灰、快灰、粘結指數、揮發份等測定。還可以適用于其他行業中對被測物品進行定點恒溫、定時加熱等一系列的加熱、灼燒或干燥處理。該儀器具有測量控制精度高、效率高（節能）、性能穩定可靠、操作方便、自動化程度高等特點。因此，廣泛用于煤炭、焦化、電力、冶金、石油、化工等行業和科研部門。
2．主要功能及特點
具有傳統控制儀所具備的慢灰、快灰、揮發、粘結等工業分析的測試程序外，還增加了一個強大的自定義設定程序（簡稱:自選），自選設定程序可以設置50個獨立程序，而且每個獨立程序可以設置不同恒溫點和恒溫時間。功能強大，兼容性好，能滿足多行業需求。
揮發份實驗時，3分鐘恢復900±10℃效果，恢復溫度的真實性和實驗結果數據的準確度是該產品控溫效果的大特色。
設備采用PID算法和模糊控制技術，自動校正測量溫度，自動移相觸發可控硅導通角，控制加熱功率。
操作平臺應用 "按鍵"方式，使實驗操作更加可靠、靈活、方便。
顯示采用漢顯液晶顯示器，顯示信息量非常豐富、直觀、清晰
高度集成，數據采集速度快、精度高。
具有提示故障現象、故障原因自動判斷功能。具有多種電路保護功能。
爐體采用國外進口材料，溫場均勻、耐用。
